Attorney Paul B. Steinberg
Paul B. Steinberg, former Senator, Founder of Steinberg & Associates, P.A., received his undergraduate degree Cum Laude from the University of Miami in 1961. He went on to receive his law degree from Stetson University College of Law in 1963, and after passing the Florida Bar, commenced practicing in Miami-Dade County, Florida. He then went on to take and pass the Bar for the U.S. District of Columbia in 1965, and was admitted on motion to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court in 1967.
Paul B. Steinberg was elected to and served in the Florida House of Representatives from 1972 to 1978, and elected and served in the Florida Senate from 1978 through 1982.
Actively engaged in the practice of law since 1963, Paul B. Steinberg has been an AV rated lawyer by Martindale Hubbell for over 50 years, and continually listed in their Registry of Preeminent Attorneys in the areas of Wills, Estate Planning, and Probate. He was a founding member of Attorneys Title Guarantee Fund, and has continuously been a member writing title insurance policies for over 50 years.
As a member of the international Law Section of the Florida Bar, he was elected and re-elected to their Executive Committee and has spoken on behalf of the Florida Bar at International Symposiums in Paris, Moscow, St. Petersburg, Barcelona, and Buenos Aires.
In 2007, Paul B. Steinberg became one of the limited numbers of Florida lawyers appointed as a Florida Civil Law Notary authorized to authenticate an act or attest to the validity of a document. Paul B. Steinberg has appeared as counsel in matters in County Court, Circuit Court, District Court of Appeals, and the Supreme Court of the State of Florida throughout his over 50 years of practice.
